For three years in a row now, my friends and I have been celebrating Halloween in my house with our families. We take our kids for Trick or Treating first and then gather afterward for some sumptuous dinner. We had Spaghetti with meatballs and Parmesan Pop-overs; Pork Dinuguan (Pork Blood Stew) and Puto (Rice Cake); lots of finger food and Pumpkin Cake.
